Andy:

Richard Andrew Purchner IV, known by most as "Andy," is a lifelong Pass Christian native and proud product of the community he now serves. He began his fire service career in 2004 with the Pass Christian Fire Department—the same year he welcomed his first child Aden into the world. In 2007, he became a proud father of twin girls Allie and Emma.

In addition to his public service, Andy is also an entrepreneur. In 2008, he started Lawniappe, a local landscaping business that reflects his dedication to hard work, attention to detail, and pride in his community.

Over the past two decades, Andy has risen through the fire department ranks to his current role as Captain, earning recognition including Firefighter of the Year (2019) and Employee of the Year (2025). He also graduated from the Reserve police academy in 2013 and continues to serve in that capacity today.

As President of the Pass Christian Firefighter Association, Andy has led key community initiatives—most notably revitalizing Christmas in the Pass into one of the city's premier annual events.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys fishing, boating, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends. He attributes much of his strength and work ethic to the strong family values he was raised with by his mother Nancy Purchner.

Natasha:

Natasha Davis French, Queen Christiana 2026, was born in 1976 and is the only child of Rick and Glenda Davis of Greenville, Mississippi. A 1994 graduate of Washington School, Natasha continued her education at Delta State University, where she earned an associate degree. She has since built a distinguished career as a Paralegal, working with some of the most prominent attorneys across Mississippi and Louisiana.

In 1999, Natasha moved to Pass Christian, where she met her husband, Bennie L. French, III. Bennie is a retired Paramedic and Governmental Relations Specialist, who was honored as King Christian LXXXVI by the St. Paul Carnival Association in 2016. Natasha and Bennie share a beautiful life together with their two sons, Cameron Blake French (30) and Myles Logan French (28), and are proud grandparents to Wade Levi French and Finley Piper French, who attend St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Elementary School.

Known affectionately as “CoCo” by her grandchildren (who call their grandfather “BIG”), Natasha embraces her role as a devoted wife, mother, and “CoCo” with immense love and joy. Together with their children, Cameron and his wife Morgan, the family shares a close bond that centers around faith, fun, and family traditions.

In addition to her work as a Paralegal, Natasha is also a successful business owner with a passion for antiques, vintage finds, and home décor. She is currently employed with Daniel York Excavation, where she enjoys working closely with the team. In a special twist of Carnival history, Joanne York, the mother of Daniel York, reigned as Queen Christiana 2016 alongside Natasha’s husband, King Christian LXXXVI, Bennie French.

Natasha enjoys “junkin’,” attending estate sales, dancing, and simply having fun. Her greatest joy in life is spending time with her two beloved grandchildren and surrounding herself with the charm of treasured pieces from the past. Her vibrant spirit, loving nature, and deep family values make her a perfect choice to reign as Queen Christiana 2026.
